Advance Tertiary College (ATC) is a private college that was formed in 1988 to provide professional education at an affordable rate to school leavers and working adults. It is best known for its law programmes and proudly holds the record as the private law school with the most London law awards.

ATC Penang Campus is located Georgetown, Penang. The college offers pre-university and undergraduate programmes including Foundation in Law, Bachelor of Laws (UoL), Bachelor of Laws (UK Transfer Programme) and Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP).

ATC also has a campus in Kuala Lumpur.
