- 3 Passes of minimum Grade C (2.00) including Mathematics
- *Credit in SPM/O Level Mathematics is required for BQSM registration

A Level:
- 3 Passes of minimum Grade D including Mathematics/Applied Mathematics
- *Credit in SPM/O Level Mathematics is required for BQSM registration

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Grade B in 5 relevant subjects including Mathematics and Bahasa Malaysia/English

South Australian Matriculation (SAM):
- Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and Grade B in 2 relevant subjects including in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics
- *Credit in SPM/O Level Mathematics is required for BQSM registration

Canadian Pre-University (CPU):
- At least 70% in 2 relevant subjects including Mathematics/Applied Mathematics (and 4 other subjects)
- *Credit in SPM/O Level Mathematics is required for BQSM registration

Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman: Minimum GCPA 2.50

Foundation in Arts, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman:
- Minimum passes in 2 relevant subjects including Mathematics
