Entry Requirements
- STPM:
- Minimum 2 Passes of Grade C (and pass in SPM Bahasa Cina/equivalent*)
- Credit in SPM English Language
- A Level:
- Minimum 2 Passes of minimum Grade D (and pass in SPM Bahasa Cina/equivalent)
- Must have a pass in English language at SPM/equivalent*
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC):
- Grade B in 5 subjects (and pass in SPM Bahasa Cina/equivalent*)
- Credit in SPM English Language/Grade B in UEC English Language/equivalent
- South Australian Matriculation (SAM):
- Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and Grade B in 2 relevant subjects (a pass in SPM Bahasa Cina/equivalent*)
- Must have a pass in English language at SPM/equivalent
- Canadian Pre-University (CPU):
- 70% in 2 relevant subjects (and 4 other subjects and a pass in SPM Bahasa Cina/equivalent*)
- Must have a pass in English language at SPM/equivalent
- Foundation in Arts, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman
- Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman
- Foundation from other Institutions of Higher Learning in the relevant field
- Matriculation Certificate, Ministry of Education in the relevant field
- Diploma, Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) in the relevant field
- Diploma from other Institutions of Higher Learning in the relevant field
- Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government (AND pass in SPM Bahasa Cina/equivalent*)
- Note: All the above qualifications MUST have a credit in SPM/O Level English Language/equivalent (not applicable for qualifications conducted fully in English language BUT must have a pass in SPM/equivalent)
- Those without a pass in SPM Bahasa Cina must undergo and pass the admission interview and writing assessment. The purpose of the interview is to gauge a candidate's Chinese language proficiency in terms of his/her listening, understanding, and articulation. The writing assessment is designed to evaluate the candidate's Chinese language writing proficiency.
