Entry Requirements
- Foundation in Arts/Science/Equivalent: Minimum CGPA 2.5
- STPM: (Arts/Science stream)Pass with minimum CGPA of 2.0 (or equivalent)Minimum Grade C for 3 subjects
- A Level: Minimum grade 'D' for 3 subjects including Mathematics
- UEC: (Commerce/Science stream)5 Credits ('B' grade) inclusive of Maths
- National Matriculation: Minimum average of 60% in 6 subjects inclusive of: ** Additional Requirement
- SAM: Minimum average of 70% in 5 subjects including Mathematics
- CPU: Minimum average of 65% in 6 subjects including Mathematics
- International Baccalaureate: Minimum 26/42 points from 6 subjects (Minimum score of 4/7 in Mathematics)
- Local Matriculation: Minimum CGPA 2.5
- Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree/equivalent:
- Minimum CGPA 2.67 or 60% overall marks from accredited Diploma in Quantity Surveying AND
- Minimum credit Mathematics in SPM or grade 'C' in O Level Subject to School discretion and credit transfer after reviewing transcript, syllabus description and portfolioMaximum 30% credit transfer
- Monash University Foundation year (MUFY): Minimum average of 55% inclusive of Mathematics
- Other qualification deemed equivalent to STPM/A Level by MQA: Students will be considered on a case by case basis.

- MUET: Band 3.5
- SPM English Language: Grade B+
- SPM English Language 1119/O Level/IGCSE: Grade C
- UEC English Language: Grade A2
- In the event that the English language requirements are not met, applicants will be required to take the Basic English and English Foundation for in-sessional academic enhancement concurrently with the programme.
