Entry Requirements
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM):
- Passed Bahasa Melayu (BM) and English.
- Minimum three credits on the following subjects:
- Mathematics or anyone Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science)
- Any two subjects (English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to be counted if candidate obtain credit); OR
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC):
- Passed with pass in BM and English, three Bs on the following subjects:
- Mathematics or one (1) Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/Applied Science)
- Any two subjects (English and/or Bahasa Melayu to be counted if candidate obtain B);
- Passed with pass in BM and English, three Bs on the following subjects:
- O Level: Passed with three Cs on the following subjects:
- Mathematics; or one Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science); AND
- Any two subjects (English and/or Bahasa Melayu to be counted if candidate obtain C); OR
- Certificate Level (Level 3 Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQAF) related to Health Science:
- Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) 2.50; OR
- Others:
- Other qualification that is recognized by the Malaysian Government equivalent to the above.
