Graduation Project: All students are required to complete a graduation project in hospitality management or related areas under supervision.
Choose 1 Elective from the following:
- TRM205 Introduction to Kitchen Operations and Food and Beverage Services
- TRM231 Bar, Beverage and Barista Management
- TRM232 Patisserie and Baking
And choose 2 electives of 4-credit value from any Year 2 or Year 3 subjects
Entry Requirements
- HELP Foundation in Arts/Foundation in Science: Minimum CGPA score of 2.0 out of 4.0
- HELP Diploma in Business: Minimum CGPA score of 2.0 out of 4.0
- STPM*: 2 Cs
- A Level: 2 passes
- Senior Middle 3 (UEC)**: 5 Bs
- CPU: 5 passes with a minimum average of 50%
- Various Australian Matriculation Programmes: University Aggregate of 50% or ATAR score of at least 50
- Equivalent qualification
*The stated qualifications need to be supported with a pass in Sejarah and Bahasa Melayu at SPM Level.
