#1. Taylor’s 2019 Distinction Award
What is it?
The Taylor’s 2019 Distinction Award is a scholarship offered to students who display excellent academic results in their Form 5 examinations to allow them to pursue a pre-university programme at Taylor’s College or Taylor’s University.
What are the minimum requirements?
This scholarship is open to SPM 2018 candidates only.
In order to qualify, you will need to have achieved a minimum of 3As in your Form 5 mid-year examination to apply for a Diploma programme and a minimum of 4As for a pre-university, foundation or American Degree Program.
What do you need to know?
- The scholarship quantum ranges from RM2,000 to a 100% tuition fee waiver depending on your chosen course and results
- The scholarship quantum may be upgraded before the deadline if you achieve better results in your trial examinations
- Applicable for January and March 2019 intakes only
- To accept the offer, applicants must pay a processing fee of RM650 within 14 working days from the day they are offered the scholarship

#2. HELP School Achiever Scholarship Award (SASA) 2018/2019
What is it?
The HELP SASA scholarship is offered to well-rounded students who display both excellent leadership qualities and academic prowess.
What are the minimum requirements?
It is open to students who are sitting for SPM, STPM, IGCSE and UEC in 2018. Candidates are expected to have exemplary academic results and must exhibit exceptional leadership qualities in extracurricular activities.
What do you need to know?
- You will stand the chance to receive a full or partial scholarship to pursue selected HELP University programmes
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend:
- An interview session
- A series of Leadership Training workshops and group projects
- A behavioural assessment session
- Successful candidates will be notified by the end of August 2018

Start now#3. UCSI Trust Principal’s Award Scholarship 2019
What is it?
The UCSI Principal’s Award Scholarship 2019 aims to reward students who have a combination of outstanding academic results and excellent leadership skills, as well as those who have gained accomplishments in various sports and extracurricular activities.
What are the minimum requirements?
This scholarship is open to students who will be sitting for SPM, IGCSE, STPM or UEC examinations in 2018 only.
You will need a minimum of 5As in your midterm or trial results to qualify for this scholarship. In addition, you must have held leadership positions in your school’s clubs and societies or represented your school in competitions at district level and above.
What do you need to know
- The amount of the scholarship will depend on the number of As you obtained in your midterm or trial results. Find out more here.
- Applicable for January 2019 intake at UCSI University or UCSI College
- Not applicable for programmes offered by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science
- You will need to attend an interview if you are shortlisted
- Successful recipients must meet the minimum academic performance in their actual results
- Scholarship recipients are also required to maintain at least a CGPA of 3.00 every semester to maintain their partial scholarship, and a minimum CGPA of 3.50 for full scholarship
- Successful candidates are required to participate in the Scholar Enrichment Programme and other workplace and community projects organised by UCSI University and the UCSI University Trust

#4. Sunway College Special Scholarship 2019
What is it?
The Sunway College Special Scholarship 2019 is designed to provide financial relief to students who excel in both academic and extracurricular activities.
What are the minimum requirements?
This scholarship is open to SPM 2018 candidates only.
In order to qualify, you will need to have achieved a minimum of 70% in at least 4 subjects in your Form 5 mid-year examination and display active participation in extracurricular activities.
What do you need to know?
- The scholarship quantum ranges from RM5,000 to RM15,000 for pre-university and professional accounting programmes offered by Sunway College
- Applicable for January 2019 and March 2019 intakes only
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by 18 September 2018
