Thinking of playing a part to support the environment?
Join the IUMW “Can You Hear The Eco?” campaign that’s happening throughout the month! In conjunction with Earth Day, International Day of Biological Diversity and World Environment Day 2022, the IUMW Biotechnology Club Committee is organising a series of fun-filled activities to spread awareness on the importance of conserving the environment and how to do just that.

Dash In Green
Dash in Green is part of the annual Earth Day Virtual Run where participants aim to run or walk a distance of 3, 5, 7 or 10 kilometres over the span of a month.
To participate, all you need to do is wear something green or white, run or walk the required distance outdoors and record your progress on a fitness app. Submit your completed distance by 25 June 2022 and you’ll receive a cool e-certificate!
Tugu Exploration Day 2022
Tugu Exploration Day 2022 is a citizen science programme hosted on the last day of the campaign. Expect fun-filled activities such as bioblitz, educational talks and exhibitions, hands-on workshops, and a short-guided tour of the Taman Tugu Forest trails. More details below:
