In collaboration with Khazanah Nasional, join the K-Youth Development Programme 2023 for Aircraft Ground Handling Technician, a fully sponsored 4-month programme where you’ll learn the ropes of ground handling operations at airports such as airside safety, aircraft weight and balance, baggage and cargo handling, as well as dangerous goods handling.
That’s not all. Not only is the course fully sponsored by Khazanah, but you’ll also receive a salary of RM1,500 over the 4-month duration.

What you need to know
To be eligible for the programme, there are some requirements that you’ll need to meet:
- Malaysians between 18 – 30 years old
- SPM/SPMV or graduates with a recognised certificate, diploma or degree
- Currently unemployed
- Have not participated in any other similar programmes (e.g. MySTEP)
- Priority will be given to those with prior experience in aircraft and aviation.
As part of the programme, you’ll undergo a structured 4-month training programme beginning with a comprehensive 1-month training covering technical and soft skills, followed by a 3-month on-the-job training. Throughout the entire period, you will receive a salary of RM1,500, which includes EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
